Veggie Chips


  • Potato (1)
  • Kumara (1)
  • Carrot (1)
  • Parsnip (1)
  • Beetroot (1)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
  • Pink Himalayan Salt (1 tsp)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Cover a large oven tray with baking paper and then drizzle a small amount of oil across the paper.

  3. Place the tray in the oven.

  4. Wash the vegetables in warm water.

  5. Cut all the vegetables up.

  6. Remove the (now hot) tray from the oven and spread the vegetables across it and drizzle olive oil and salt over them.

  7. Bake the vegetables in the oven for 40 mins.

  8. Turn the oven to grill and move the tray to a higher level, grill for 5 minutes.

  9. Serve with your favourite dip and enjoy!
