Polenta Crumbed Fish

Ingredients

  • White Fish (1 fillet)
  • Polenta (1/4 cup)
  • Lemon (1)
  • Egg (1)
  • Pink Himalayan Salt (pinch)
  • Pepper (pinch)
  • Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp)

Method

  1. Zest the lemon.

  2. Combine the polenta, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt and pepper on a plate.

  3. Whisk the egg in a bowl.

  4. Dip the fish in the egg then coat it with the polenta mix.

  5. Place the fish on a plate and refridgerate for 10 minutes.

  6. Cook the fish in a pan on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
