- Diced Beef (500g)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
- Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp)
- Dried Basil (1/2 tsp)
- Pink Himalayan Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Mince the garlic.
Add all the ingredients to a zip lock bag or container.
Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together (by squeezing the bag otherwise use your hands if you are using a container).
Leave the beef in the fridge for several hours (ideally, leave it overnight for use the next day).
When you are ready to cook it, bring a large pan to a medium heat.
Add the meat and cook to your liking (just a few minutes for me!).
