Italian Style Beef


  • Diced Beef (500g)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
  • Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp)
  • Dried Basil (1/2 tsp)
  • Pink Himalayan Salt (1/2 tsp)
  • Pepper (1/2 tsp)


  1. Mince the garlic.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a zip lock bag or container.

  3. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together (by squeezing the bag otherwise use your hands if you are using a container).

  4. Leave the beef in the fridge for several hours (ideally, leave it overnight for use the next day).

  5. When you are ready to cook it, bring a large pan to a medium heat.

  6. Add the meat and cook to your liking (just a few minutes for me!).

  7. Serve with your favourite side dishes and enjoy!
