- Chickpeas (1 cup - soaked and cooked)
- Seasame Seeds (1/4 cup)
- Lemon (1/2)
- Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp)
- Pepper (pinch)
- Pink Himalayan Salt (pinch)
- Garlic (1 clove)
- Ground Turmeric (1.2 tsp)
- Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup)
- Parsley (1 Tbsp)
- Water (2-4 Tbsp)
In a food processor, place the chickpeas, juice of the lemon, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and all the other ingredients.
Blend the ingredients together, gradually adding as much water as required.
Store in the fridge until ready to use.
