- Avocado (2)
- Red Onion (1/2)
- Tomato (1/2)
- Lime (1)
- Pink Himalayan Salt (1/2)
Rmove the peel and seed from the avocados.
Place the avocados in a medium sized bowl and mash them with a fork (or a potato masher - I found this quite effective initally then used a fork for the more stubborn bits!).
Dice up the tomato and red onion.
Add the tomato, onion, juice from the lime and salt to the avocado and mix it all together, adding more lime juice and/or salt as required.
Enjoy with your favourite veggie chips or on nachos!
