- Banana (2)
- Egg (2)
- Rolled Oats (1/2 cup)
- Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Mixed Berries (to serve)
- Cacao Powder (1 tsp - optional)
Put the bananas, eggs, rolled oats and baking powder (and cacao powder if using) in a blender and blitz it all together until the mix is smooth.
Pour the mix into a bowl and leave it to sit in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Bring a small frying pan to a medium heat and cook in a few spoonfulls at a time (I've found small pancakes work better than large pancakes for this recipe).
Top with some berries and serve!
