Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Banana (1)
  • Mixed Berries (1/2 cup)
  • Baby Spinach (1/2 cup)
  • Natural Yoghurt (3 Tbsp)
  • Almond Milk (1 cup)
  • Ground Linseed (1 Tbsp)

Method

  1. Put everything in a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Optional: serve with ice and/or a sprinkling of sliced activated almonds.
