Almond Butter Biscuits

Ingredients

  • Almond Butter (3/4 cup)
  • Pumpkin Puree (1/3 cup)
  • Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp)
  • Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

  3. Split the mixture into 7 blobs on a baking tray.

  4. Cook the biscuits on fan forced for 15 minutes - checking regularly to make sure the bottoms don't burn.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
